If an item is likely to take more than 14 days to arrive, we will advise you of this and give you the option to cancel part or all of the order.

The charges shown for delivery are for a mainland UK address (please note, we are unable to ship internationally). We will at our option send goods either by a reputable carrier or by Royal Mail. Delivery of most items is normally within 5 working days unless you have opted to pay the small extra premium to upgrade to an express delivery which is usually 1 or 2 working days.

All items will require a signature on delivery. Delivery will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm on working days, Monday to Friday. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and bank and public holidays. If deliveries are not possible at the address given on your order, or no one is available to sign for them, a card notifying a failed delivery will be left and the goods will be taken back to the carrier’s local depot to await collection. The local depot will normally hold deliveries for no more than 4-5 working days and after this period they will return any uncollected goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for a failed collection. No refund is possible in these circumstances and you will be asked to pay the additional carriage cost if you ask for the item(s) to be re-sent. Delivery will be to the address as entered on your order confirmation. Neither we nor the carrier can accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete.

If you select to have an order delivered to a work address, we shall be deemed to have successfully delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room at the business address and receiving a signed receipt of delivery from a duly authorised representative at that address.

We use third party companies for deliveries, and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, transport strikes and incidents, flood, drought, malicious damage, riot, and civil unrest.
